The Brooklyn Nets will take on the Atlanta Hawks at London's O2 Arena in January as regular-season NBA action returns to the capital.

London was on Tuesday confirmed as one of two venues for the NBA's Global Games series - the O2 Arena will host its fourth regular-season game in as many years - along with Mexico City.
The game on January 16 will see the Nets' three-time All-Star Deron Williams return to the building in which he won Olympic gold with the United States last summer.
It will also give UK basketball fans a second opportunity to see live NBA action next season, with the Oklahoma City Thunder scheduled to meet the Philadelphia 76ers in a pre-season clash in Manchester on October 8.
"With the addition of regular-season games in London and Mexico City, we will play one of the most comprehensive international games schedules in our history next season," NBA commissioner David Stern said.
"Through these games we will bring the NBA experience to more fans and provide showcases for basketball and the extraordinary talent of our players."
