Scott Quigg gets a Brazilian for Bolton Arena appearance next weekend

Scott QuiggUnbeaten super bantamweightScott Quigg's first opponent under the promotional guidance of Matchroom will be BrazillianWilliam Prado(21-3-1) at the Bolton Arena next weekend.
It's been a long time out of the ring for the Bolton fighter. His last outing, a sixth round TKO victory over former world title challenger Rendall Munroe, came in November last year. He has had to endure a frustrating wait while ticking over in the gym, but things are looking up since signing with Matchroom and Quigg now finds himself back in action on Sky.
Although Prado has been much busier than Quigg, two of his three career losses came last year on his travels - a wide points loss to Paulus Ambunda in Namibia for the WBO International title before dropping a narrow decision to Jeremy Parodi in France for the IBF International super bantamweight version.  Since then, he's notched up two wins in his native Brazil.
Quigg told Boxingscene: "I'll look him up, see what he's about and these are the sort of oopoents you learn from.  It's going to be a good fight."
